Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payment
– A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
– Full payment must be made upon confirmation.
– Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or e-wallet.
2. Cancellation Policy
– Cancellations must be made in writing and email to ales_ob@travelholicvacations.com
– Cancellation fees apply as follows:
– More than 30 days before departure: loss of deposit
– 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total price
– Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of total price
– Booking under promotional rate – No cancellation or amendment is allowed.

3. Changes & Amendments
– Any changes requested after confirmation may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
– Travelholic reserves the right to make necessary adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, airline changes).
4. Travel Insurance
– We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unexpected events.
5. Responsibility & Liability
– Travelholic acts as an agent for suppliers and is not liable for any loss, damage, delay, injury, or inconvenience caused by third parties.
– We reserve the right to decline or remove any participant who disrupts the tour or causes safety concerns.
6. Passports & Visas
– It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that passports are valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure and to obtain any necessary visas.
7. Prices & Surcharges
Prices shown are accurate at the time of publication and form part of the tour information and price list presented in our brochure or promotional materials. However, all prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in:
Travelholic Vacation Sdn Bhd reserves the right to adjust tour prices, provided that such changes are communicated to the customer prior to the final confirmation of the booking.
During peak seasons, surcharges may apply. Prices quoted (in MYR per person) are also subject to adjustments without prior notice due to foreign exchange volatility. Any blackout or prohibited travel dates will be notified after reservation is confirmed.
8. Miscellaneous
We reserve the right to change, amend, insert or delete any of these Terms and Conditions, or policies contained therein, from time to time. The latest copy of these Terms and Conditions is maintained and made available on our website. Customers and travelers are responsible for periodically checking our website to update themselves on the latest Terms and Conditions.
